Friday, February 25th, the Cincinnati Chapter of the Ohio Society of Professional Engineers (CCOSPE) held a meeting at Montgomery Inn - Boathouse, cordially inviting students from EWB-UC. This was a tremendous opportunity for students to network with industry professionals, gain insights, and share knowledge.
During the evening's festivities it was announced that EWB-UC had been chosen as the recipient of this year's student sponsorship award. CCOSPE Treasurer, Pam Heckel, presented EWB-UC President, Vinny Travee, with a $1000 check, becoming a Silver Sponsor.
Travee and Burere Project Lead, Ben Gentry, graciously accepted the gift, sharing details of the group's latest workings and thanking CCOSPE for its continued support.
