Happy Holidays from EWB

We just wanted to take a quick moment to wish you all a happy holiday season.  This has been quite a year for us with two trips, several new initiatives and an incredible amount of new energy.  It makes us excited for the big possibilities that next year holds as well.  Finally, it also makes us thankful for all of you that support us and help keep us going.

New Information Packet

One thing we've always struggled with at EWB-UC is finding a clear concise way to present our projects and organization as a whole.  We can always direct people to the blog and website, or give an on the spot speech about our work, but these always feel like they fall short.  That's why I'm ecstatic to announce the release of our Information Packet.

The information is concise, visual way of telling EWB's story.  We can show where our projects are, what we've done, and what we're planning next all in a few pages.  Over time this packet will continue to be updated as our projects move forward and EWB evolves.  Starting Winter quarter, we'll be able use this packet as our primary research when approaching companies for sponsorships.  But the real beauty of our information is that it stands on it's own, so rather than spending a long post describing it, see it for yourself.

A special thanks to everybody on our external affairs committee who worked all quarter long to make this packet a reality.

The Follies Raise Money for EWB

This Friday, many talented members of the UC community came together to perform and raise some money for EWB.  The Follies had band performances, dancing, jokes and more.  The event was free to all but with the option of donating to EWB.  In the end, EWB gained $54.50 in donations!  Thanks to everybody who came out and who donated; it was a great time!

Follies to Support EWB

This Friday is the Follies.  It's a live variety show featuring comedy sketches, dance numbers, musical performances and more.  But most importantly, any donations raised will go to our chapter.  Tell your friends and come support EWB while having a great time. All the details are below.

Time: This Friday, doors open at 7:30, the show starts at 8pm

Location: Hughes Auditorium (map below)

Cost: Free, but donations accepted for EWB
